Performances and Features
--It is suitable for grinding and polishing round edges, duckbill edges, and beveled edges of circular, elliptical, and irregular glass. It uses vacuum
to adsorb the rock plate or glass onto the suction cup, and the motor drives the rotary table to semi-automatically grind the irregular rock plate,
rough grinding, fine grinding, and polishing the beveled edges. The grinding head can also be tilted to adjust the angle of the inclined plane to
achieve machining and cutting of the end face.
--Precautions for use of irregular edge grinding machines: The working mode of irregular edge grinding machines (straight edge machines, circular
edge machines, oblique edge machines) is grinding through suction cup glass.as follows:
A) The joint surface between the front and rear pressure plates and the guide rail should be lubricated regularly,
otherwise the normal service life of the machine will be affected due to premature wear of the front and rear pressure plates and the working
surface of the guide rail. Some models may have automatic lubrication devices, but it is also necessary to regularly check whether the lubrication
pipeline is smooth.
B) When clamping glass, the clamping force should be appropriate. If it is too loose, it will affect the grinding quality. If it is too tight, it will increase
the machine load and easily cause shaking and crawling. When grinding thin glass, it is also easy to crush the glass. The clamping force can be
tested by clamping a slightly larger piece of glass onto the machine, that is, placing the glass in the middle of the machine and using both hands
to forcefully move the glass while the machine is stopped. It is appropriate to adjust the clamping force to just the point where both hands cannot
move it.
